At Longwater Tree Service, we handle a wide range of residential and commercial tree work—from precise pruning to technical removals. Our field team is the heart of our operation, and we look for individuals who bring reliability, physical fitness, and a respect for safety protocols.
Typical Responsibilities Include:
Tree climbing, rigging, and aerial lift operations
Ground work: chipping, raking, cutting, and debris management
Equipment prep and maintenance (chainsaws, ropes, PPE)
Jobsite safety compliance and traffic control
Communicating with crew leaders and clients professionally
Preferred Qualifications:
1–3 years’ experience in tree work or related field
Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
Comfortable with heights and heavy lifting
Familiarity with chainsaws, ropes, harnesses, and climbing gear
OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR, or ISA certifications a strong bonus
Must-Have Traits:
Punctual and dependable
Able to work outdoors in variable weather
Team player with a positive attitude
Safety-focused mindset
Willingness to learn and follow direction
